Transport Line Supervisor Location: Altamira Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sat 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Job Description Responsible for coordinating the daily operation of the transport line, currently operating 5 full trucks and expanding to 10 units. Supervises operators, ensures operational efficiency and regulatory compliance in general freight transportation, especially agricultural products such as sugar. Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate operators under your responsibility. Schedule trips and monitor routes, times, and unit statuses. Recruit and hire operators. Manage logs, expenses, incidents, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. Perform administrative tasks and document control. Manage vehicle plates, permits, and insurance. Maintain telephone availability for operational emergency response. Proficiency in Excel (any additional software is a plus). Required Experience: 3–5 years in similar roles within transportation or logistics. Operational, administrative, and regulatory management of freight transportation.
