Location: Tampico Work Model: On-site Who are we looking for? \- More than 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist; prior experience in private security is preferred. \- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. \- Experience in recruitment. \- Proactive and self-critical. \- Strong time management and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: \- Recruitment and selection of personnel. \- Personnel administration (hiring, attendance and payroll review, vacation management, administrative letters, uniform and credential issuance). \- Labor relations (separations, disciplinary actions, final settlement deliveries), ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. \- Guidance and support during the onboarding process for new employees. \- Implementation of strategies to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures. \- Direct engagement with operational teams to provide support for HR processes and address employee inquiries.
