Proficiency in CAD and 3D software for innovative proposals. **Job Description:** *Job Objective* Develop executive architectural projects by optimally addressing the client's design requirements, exceeding their expectations, and effectively fulfilling committed delivery timelines and quality standards. *Education:* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. *Experience:* Minimum 2 years in project development. **Base salary \+ commission per project delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction**. *Responsibilities* * On-site data collection, measurements, and photographic reporting. * Definition of deliverables and tracking of internal company processes. * Professional presentation of architectural and interior design proposals. * Development of detailed 3D models in SketchUp and creation of renders. * Production of comprehensive executive drawings and official plans for permit applications. * Definition of technical specifications and concept catalogs including volumetric information. * Client review coordination and management of project modifications. * Daily progress reporting and adherence to delivery deadlines. * Administrative organization of documentation and compilation of final physical and digital folders. *Requirements* * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Excel. * Knowledge of construction processes. * Strong customer service skills. * Commitment to continuous improvement throughout project development. *Send your CV via this platform or to: bemarquitectura.reclutamiento@gmail.com* Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting from $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
