




**Position Objective:** Plan, direct, and coordinate the Human Resources management of the company, which consists of a workforce of 1,500 employees, to strengthen the relationship between staff and the company in order to achieve institutional objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist internal clients in requesting information and support regarding salary administration and structural changes * Review data for the indicators meeting (all departments) * Review, analyze, and follow up on Human Resources department strategies * Supervise incidents related to labor cases * Analyze new pay scales * Organize meetings to present new pay scales to Management * Supervise the training program work plan to ensure compliance * Support the training and development team in coordinating holiday parties and other special events * Monitor filled, current, and open job vacancies * Review candidate feedback (interview status, medical exams) * Conduct final interviews for Human Resources candidates and key managerial positions * Attend to candidates referred by Management * Ensure compliance with procedures before STPS (Federal Labor Ministry) * Prepare and update service agreements with UNs * Draft union contracts * Manage procedures for opening new Service Stations * Handle labor-related cases and provide feedback to Management for decision-making * Supervise and authorize payroll payments and benefits * Implement updates on tax reforms applicable to IMSS and payroll processes * Analyze profit-sharing distributions * Attend meetings with Management and Executive Leadership to report progress and issues within the department and among employees * Lead the employee assistance committee Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
