




**Required: minimum 1 year of experience and valid driver's license** Responsibilities: **Customer and vehicle reception** * Greet the customer cordially in the service area. * Listen to and record customer requests, complaints, or vehicle symptoms. * Prepare the **Repair Order (R/O)** with complete and accurate information. * Perform a visual inspection of the vehicle (check\-in), documenting existing damages. * Confirm mileage, accessories, fuel level, and general conditions. * Schedule appointments or provide estimated delivery dates. **Diagnosis and work coordination** * Clearly communicate customer requests to the technician. * Monitor repair progress and timelines. * Request necessary parts and confirm availability. * Coordinate with the shop supervisor or lead technician for additional diagnostics. **Communication and follow-up** * Keep the customer informed about their vehicle's status. * Obtain authorization for additional work or estimates. * Respond promptly to customer calls and messages. * Notify customers of any changes in delivery time. **Order closure and vehicle delivery** * Review with the technician that all work has been completed correctly. * Verify vehicle cleanliness and presentation prior to delivery. * Explain to the customer the services performed, costs, and future recommendations. * Deliver the vehicle courteously and on time. * Obtain customer signature of approval and payment. **Administration and control** * Meet sales targets for services and parts. * Manage time, costs, and profitability of assigned orders. * Keep customer records updated in the DMS system. * Participate in service meetings and training sessions.
