We are looking for EL SOL DE TAMPICO **Operations Coordinator** **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Accounting or related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions (production, printing). * Knowledge in production planning, printing processes, and quality control. * Knowledge in cost analysis. * Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. **We Offer** * Direct employment contract with the company * IMSS coverage from day one * Benefits above legal requirements * Job stability **Responsibilities** * Coordinate, supervise, and optimize operational processes related to production, printing, logistics, and distribution of newspapers and print services. * Develop and execute the operational plan for newspaper and/or print service production. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the production, printing, and distribution of newspapers and print services. * Ensure print quality and compliance with established timelines and volumes. * Coordinate timely delivery and distribution of copies and print services to sales points. * Resolve operational contingencies: delays, technical failures, lack of supplies. * Monitor KPIs related to production, costs, and efficiency. * Prepare management reports, cost analysis, and price updates for decision-making. * Coordinate, manage, and oversee the purchase and timely supply of production materials (paper, ink, plates, chemicals, solvents, spare parts, supplies) required for printing processes. * Supervise maintenance of rotary presses, workshops, compressors, forklifts, and critical equipment. * Ensure safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance in operations. * Resolve operational issues such as printing faults, distribution delays, supply shortages, and other incidents. * Propose plans and promotions to optimize processes, reduce expenses, and increase sales. * Coordinate activities with production, sales, marketing, and editorial design departments.
