We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Position Objective:** Experience in industrial projects, IPC/IPCM, grounding systems, conduit installation, cabling, termination, equipment assembly, managing construction of various telecom and CCTV systems, loop testing, Fire \& Gas, visible and audible alarms, coordination of supervisors, subcontractor management. Experience with hydrocarbon storage tanks. **Main Responsibilities:** The electrical supervisor reports directly to the Area Construction Manager and works closely with all disciplines of the project team, particularly the electrical discipline. * Manage and coordinate construction discrepancies with contractors to achieve the schedule and deliverables of all construction tasks executed within the agreed scope of work and specifications. * Manage and coordinate conduit installation, cabling, termination, tubing, calibration, and instrument assembly activities. * Manage and coordinate grounding system, conduit installation, cabling, termination, and equipment assembly activities. * Manage construction of various telecom, CCTV, loop testing, Fire \& Gas, visible and audible alarm systems, among others. * Manage and coordinate electrical supervisors on site. * Assist in identifying and quantifying variations in the scope of work. * Inspect and receive client-supplied materials and report on their usage. * Work closely with the project team and contractors to ensure completion of work according to design, specifications, and required regulations. * Assist in managing interfaces between contractors to minimize project schedule delays. * Ensure contractor compliance with HSE policies and procedures. * Strong problem-solving skills to support project progress, analyze and evaluate engineering discrepancies, and propose appropriate solutions. **What will you bring?** **Software, processes and tools:** * Excel * Word * Teams **Language:** Spanish **Sector:** Chemicals / Oil \& Gas If you require any **accessibility accommodation**, please do not hesitate to mention it in your application. **Moving forward together** We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can speak up and be heard.
