Production Supervisor Ø Ensure efficient, safe, and on\-time execution of production processes across assigned areas (cutting, sub\-assemblies, fabrication lines, grinding, sandblast, painting, make\-ready, and shipping). The role must guarantee productivity, quality, and delivery compliance, while driving Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and cost optimization. Ø Bachelor’s degree or technical background in Industrial, Mechanical, or related field (preferred). Ø Minimum 3 years of experience supervising production teams in manufacturing. Ø Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (Yellow/Green Belt ) Ø Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
