RESPONSIBILITIES: * Internal Communication * Assist in creating and distributing videos * Support logistics for internal events * Assist and follow up on initial training sessions * Monthly activity planning * Prepare reports on initiatives and follow-ups * File and organize folders for employee records REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Organization, strategic relationship building, effective communication, proactive attitude. * Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite: intermediate Excel, Canva, Capcut (preferably) Job Type: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal Contract Duration: 6 months Expected Hours: 25 per week Salary: $1.00 - $3.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking Work Location: On-site position
