Due to expansion, we are seeking: Expansion Coordinator **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Business Administration, Engineering, or Architecture Minimum experience (2 years in a similar position) Basic English Negotiation skills Microsoft Office Suite Google Earth Market research Contract management and review **Responsibilities:** * Sign contracts and open stores according to expansion objectives. * Ensure profitable conditions and favorable contracts for the company. * Coordinate with permitting and construction departments until each store opening. * Maintain communication with landlords and update market information. * Participate in the expansion plan and propose locations with viable return on investment.
