Key skills: communication, teamwork, and proactivity **Job Description** **Overview:** The production operator is responsible for sorting, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, packaging, and other related activities involving various components of surgical trays as required. **Primary Responsibilities:** * The production operator is responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembling the requested kit. * Comply with applicable procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Leave storage locations clean and organized. * Participate in company-required activities and programs. * Contribute to personal and company safety. **Required Competencies:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the medical industry (desirable) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in conveyor belt operations and clean rooms (desirable) **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactivity * Results-oriented * Responsibility **Education:** Elementary school, junior high school.
