




Job Summary: Coordinate and track imports, verifying documentation, analyzing costs, and collaborating with customs brokers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of imports and purchase order tracking 2. Verification of import documentation and cost analysis 3. Collaboration with customs brokers for cargo clearance \*Minimum English proficiency: 80%, verifiable. \*Coordinate with the Purchasing and Logistics departments regarding product import requirements. \*Track Purchase Orders and the required documentation for importation. \*Verify that import documentation is accurate: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading (B/L) / Air Waybill (AWB), Contracts, and Annex A (Signed Purchase Order), as well as all documents related to the Electronic Foreign Trade File. \*Analyze total import costs jointly with Management, including U.S. forwarding costs. \*Review customs entries and tariff classifications; review NOMs and develop action plans. \*Collaborate with customs brokers for cargo clearance.
