Position Objective To manage, process, and track documents, permits, and procedures before public and private entities, ensuring their correct execution on time and in accordance with requirements. Main Responsibilities * Prepare, review, and submit files to government and private agencies. * Monitor the status of procedures punctually and resolve incidents. * Maintain order and up-to-date records in databases and archives (physical and digital). * Coordinate logistics for document delivery and collection. * Prepare progress reports for assigned procedures. * Ensure compliance with deadlines and applicable regulations. Essential Requirements * Education: Completed high school diploma. * Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a Procedures Officer. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Familiarity with customs procedures. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. * Prior work experience with steel is mandatory.
