Job Summary: We are seeking talent for a key logistics position focused on customs documentation—from receipt and organization to preparation and digitization of import permits (pedimentos) and letters, with attention to customs clarification (glosa). Key Responsibilities: - Receive file folders containing documentation from references. - Organize, break down, and verify documentary information. - Prepare and enter: * Import permit (pedimento) * COVE (Comprobante de Valor Electrónico) * Letter 3.1.8 * Series letter (where applicable) * Part II documents (where applicable) * Knowledge of steel products - Digitize documentation required for operations. - Submit references for customs clarification (glosa) according to established procedures. - Perform mandatory pre-glosa review of one's own references before submission to glosa. - Address corrections arising from glosa and second glosa, where applicable.
