Location: Tampico, Tamaulipas Positions available: 1 Age: 18 to 40 years old **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Customer service Make confirmation, follow-up, and scheduling calls for installations and reports Data entry into the system Control and management of the installation and reporting calendar Review and verification of contracts Monitoring of units Registration and updating of reports **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in customer service or similar roles with direct contract via telephone Basic knowledge of administrative and office tasks Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and results-oriented Desirable: Basic knowledge of local routes in the coverage area (Tampico, Cd.
