**Position:** Collection Officer **Age**: 25 to 45 years old. **Education**: Technical degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field. **Experience:** 3 years in a similar position. **Technical Skills and/or Special Knowledge**: Intermediate Office skills, basic English, numerical ability, analytical capacity, organizational and control skills. **Personal Characteristics**: Proactive, ability to work under pressure, service-oriented attitude, mental agility, responsible, organized, honest. **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** · Carry out collection of member dues and consumption charges. · Perform daily cash closing, send it for deposit, and deliver information to the revenue department. · Verify that account statements match members' balances. · Apply credit notes or bonuses when necessary. · Prepare a list of member notes for those who do not recognize signatures, for deductions from waitstaff or corresponding member charges. · Carry out month-end closing procedures: o Print the membership integration list on the 30th of the month. o Perform member integrations on the 1st of the month. o Receive collection envelopes. · Send balances and account statements monthly to members who request them. · Carry out automated payment setup (domiciliation) and system entry. · Invoice collections. · Prepare payment supplements (REP Contpaq). · Follow up on overdue accounts at the country club. · Sell and recharge electronic wallets. · Inform sales points about special situations involving members. · Keep the swimming pool guest registry updated to apply charges to their accounts. · Enter massage and golf tournament charges into the system. · Deliver account statements to members quarterly. · Attend to members as needed. · Invoicing using Contpaq and SAP. · Perform any other duties inherent to the position as requested by immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER:** \- Grocery vouchers \- Savings fund \- Insurance \- Uniforms provided in the first month Job type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discounts * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Contpaq invoicing: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site
