We are looking for a **Logistics Manager** to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and supervision of transportation, delivery, installation, and collection operations for heavy machinery and rented equipment. The main objective is to **ensure timely, efficient, and safe deliveries**, as well as to guarantee that operators have the necessary resources to perform their duties. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan transportation routes for machinery and equipment. * Coordinate deliveries and pickups with internal and external customers. * Supervise safe loading, unloading, and handling operations. * Control logistics expenses: per diems, tolls, fuel, etc. * Monitor logistics indicators (punctuality, costs, routes). * Manage documentation for estimates and invoicing. * Ensure compliance with traffic and safety regulations. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years in logistics, transportation, or machinery rental. * Knowledge of heavy machinery handling, traffic regulations, expense control, billing, and estimate generation. * Proficiency in Office software and/or logistics software. * **Availability to travel.** **Desired Competencies** * Leadership and organization * Effective communication * Decision-making * Problem-solving * Results-oriented and customer service focus Job type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,000.01 per week Work location: On-site employment
