The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company’s financial health, guaranteeing strict compliance with tax regulations and precise control of operational fleet costs. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Tax Compliance:** Preparation and review of CFDIs with the **Carta Porte Complement** (mandatory). * **General Accounting:** Recording of transactions, bank reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial statements. * **Cost Management:** Profitability analysis per unit, fuel consumption control, maintenance tracking, and operator per diem management. * **Employer Obligations:** Payroll administration, payroll tax calculations, and compliance with IMSS requirements (SUA/IDSE). * **Audit Support:** Preparation of documentation for external audits and requests from SAT or state authorities. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree and professional license mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in similar roles, preferably within cargo trucking companies or customs agencies. * **Technical Knowledge:** * In-depth knowledge of the Income Tax Law (ISR), VAT Law (IVA), and current tax provisions. * Proficiency in accounting software (CONTPAQi, ASPEL, SAP, or similar). * Advanced Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas). * **Skills:** High sense of urgency, organizational ability, professional ethics, and capacity to work under pressure (month-end closings). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus, vacation pay). * **Additional Benefits:** Fuel allowance. * Job stability and opportunity for professional growth. * Excellent work environment.
