




**GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE** * Random validation of KPI compliance for Booking entries, customer service, response time for pre-approval of maneuvers, detecting any deviations and issuing NCs to the respective department. * Validation that customer billing for services provided by the company complies with established policies and guidelines, performing comparisons between operational reports vs. invoicing reports, identifying any discrepancies and issuing NCs to the respective department. * Validation of information declared in purchase requisitions, budgets, and invoices for received materials, detecting any discrepancies and issuing NCs to the respective department. * Validation of Carrier service charges. * Random validation of supplier evaluations and their compliance, verifying the information provided to Purchasing HQ, identifying any deviations and issuing NCs to the respective department. * Conduct weekly cycle counts in the warehouse, detecting any discrepancies and requesting corrections and/or justifications via email. * Random validation of maximum and minimum inventory levels to ensure proper supply and controlled ordering of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or tools. Notifying the respective area supervisor of any deviations. * Validation of documentation in permanent staff personnel files, as well as for new hires, both physical and digital, identifying any discrepancies or missing information and requesting immediate updates, copying the site manager and area supervisor. * Verify that employee overtime is paid within the corresponding pay period, identifying any variations and reporting them to the site manager. * Efficiently coordinate and supervise the organization's administrative processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, proper resource management, and the necessary operational support to correctly validate operational procedures, as well as payment and collections processes. **REQUIREMENTS** * Office Suite proficiency. * Personnel management experience. * Customer service skills. * Experience in Administration and Inventory Management. * Desired experience in container yard operations. * Power BI. * Valid driver's license (standard vehicle). * Good proficiency with computer systems. * PEPS inventory systems. * IICL and container classification knowledge. * Incoterms. * Rate administration. * Strong relationship skills with customers and government agencies such as API, Associations, Unions, Customs, etc. * ISO (quality systems). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.** * **Professional title and license required.** * **Advanced English proficiency.** * Willingness to travel.
