JOB DESCRIPTION A prominent educational institution is seeking a **Sports Programs Coordinator**, responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper implementation of sports programs, as well as coordinating the team in charge of various disciplines. This position has a strategic\-operational focus, oriented toward monitoring, control, and compliance of sports activities, as well as event organization and promotion of student participation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the team of sports coordinators. * Ensure the proper implementation of sports programs and activities. * Monitor the performance of coaches and sports disciplines. * Organize and supervise internal and external sports events. * Promote student participation in sports activities. * Manage sports resources, materials, and facilities. * Maintain inventory control and area operations. * Collaborate with various internal departments to execute activities. **Position Details:** * **Salary:** $25,000 gross monthly * **Benefits:** Statutory * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday * **Location:** Tampico, Tamaulipas * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Availability:** Events and activities outside regular working hours REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in sports coordination or management. * Experience supervising teams (coaches, coordinators, or similar). * Experience organizing sports events or tournaments. * General knowledge of sports disciplines (soccer, basketball, volleyball, or others). * Flexible schedule and availability to attend events. **Preferred:** * Degree in physical education, sports, or related fields. * Experience in educational institutions or sports clubs. * Sports certifications or additional training.
