Impeccable kitchen maintenance * **Preparation of ingredients (Mise en place):** Washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables, meats, and fish. * **Cooking support:** Preparing basic sauces, side dishes, or simple dishes under supervision. * **Inventory management:** Receiving goods, inspecting their condition, and organizing refrigerated chambers and storage cabinets (FIFO/FEFO rotation). * **Cleaning and disinfection:** Maintaining immaculate kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment throughout service hours. * **Plating:** Assisting in the final assembly of dishes to ensure consistent presentation.
