




Identify opportunities on government/private portals. Experience in preparing bids and tenders for public sector companies (Pemex, Cfe, federal, municipal or state government). Prepare documentation and coordinate award processes. Knowledge of carbon steel, stainless steel materials, metals (plates, pipes, sheets, angles, beams). Experience placing purchase orders to national and foreign industrial suppliers. Receive requisitions and negotiate with suppliers. Prepare comparative tables with at least 3 quotations and confirm selection with the user. Notify warehouse regarding purchases and delivery times. Process payments, validate invoices and confirm payment receipts with suppliers. Manage price improvements, warranties and credits, and seek new suppliers. · Assign correct tariff classification for imported goods, valuation procedures, and compliance with non-tariff regulations and restrictions. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree, certified. * Conversational English. * Purchasing knowledge. * Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years in the position. * Knowledge of foreign trade. * Knowledge of import processes.
