Job Description: At Trigo y Sal, an artisan bakery focused on sourdough starters and natural processes, we are seeking a baker with experience in lamination for the production of high-quality croissants, rolls, and puff pastry items. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, consistent, and passionate about precision and achieving perfect texture in every product.
