Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting and Administrative Assistant to maintain administrative, accounting, and documentary order, supporting the Accounting Manager. Key Highlights: 1. Job stability and growth opportunities in the automotive sector We are looking for an Accounting\-Administrative Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's administrative, accounting, and documentary order, directly supporting the Accounting Manager. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Preparation, tracking, and control of administrative files by project and legal entity \- Accounts receivable control, monitoring of outstanding balances' aging, and collections management \- Management of payments to suppliers (operating expenses, goods, services) \- Entry of accounting journal entries into CONTPAQi \- Issuance of CFDIs and tracking of payment complements \- Bank reconciliations \- Control of validity periods of key documents: surety bonds, insurance policies, guarantees, contracts, certificates, etc. \- Document digitization, organized archiving, and document management \- Support in procedures before SAT, IMSS, and other government agencies \- Coordination with operational departments for expense tracking \- Support in compiling documentation for proposals and tenders \- Support in preparing information for tax filings \- Preparation of basic administrative and financial reports We offer job stability and growth opportunities within an automotive-sector company.
