Clear communication and courteous treatment of customers. **OPEN POSITION: COLLECTION EXECUTIVE** A major telecommunications company is seeking a COLLECTION EXECUTIVE with experience in customer service. Location: Tampico, Tamaulipas Vacancies: 1 Age: 18 to 35 years **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Customer attention and follow-up for payment reminders and collection activities. * Preparation of cancellation reports. * Sending SMS and making collection and reminder calls. * Administration of the collection portfolio and assignment of accounts to field collectors. * Validation of contracts and related documentation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proactive, organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility. * Strong communication skills and courteous customer interaction. * Results-oriented and capable of working effectively in a team. * Letters of employment recommendation Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Up to $9,328.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Relocation/commuting capability: * Tampico, Tamps.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation before starting work (Mandatory) Application Question(s): * Do you have letters of employment recommendation?
