




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise production, ensure resource optimization, and manage personnel in a dynamic operational environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages production programs and optimizes resources. 2. Supervises and trains assigned personnel. 3. Ensures compliance with safety and maintenance standards. Requirements: * Industrial Engineering, TSU, or Business Administration degree * Availability to work rotating shifts * Minimum 6 months of experience * Knowledge of operational areas, use of measuring equipment, and personnel management. RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Meet the Production Program on time and as scheduled, optimizing resources for each process. 2\. Record daily production progress. 3\. Release processes prior to manufacturing each product. 4\. Ensure and guarantee that assigned personnel have the tools and training required to perform their duties. 5\. Monitor compliance with the preventive maintenance program for equipment and/or machinery under supervision. 6\. Request corrective maintenance when applicable. 7\. Take daily attendance of assigned personnel and submit it daily to Payroll Assistant. 8\. Complete daily absence, leave, vacation, and other control forms. 9\. When applicable, document incidents involving assigned personnel and report them to Human Resources. 10\. Verify that assigned personnel perform their duties in accordance with safety regulations and HBQ’s Internal Work Regulations (RIT).
