




We are seeking an **Advanced Manufacturing Engineer** to work at **Allegion Mexico**, at our **Querétaro plant.** Proficiency in finishing processes such as **powder coating, finishing, and plating processes is required.** The candidate must lead and coordinate projects of varying complexity aligned with the company’s BOS metrics. It is essential to possess the ability to lead and support initiatives focused on optimal material processes and flows, pursuing excellence in BOS metrics. The candidate must ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, applicable standards, and systems. Improving efficiency and reducing scrap through continuous improvement processes is critical, as is managing the MFG 4.0 Dashboard (Power BI), resolving process variables, and tracking processes. The candidate must effectively engage personnel without a direct reporting line, efficiently implementing assigned projects. Leading and executing engineering changes collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams is essential, ensuring compliance with EHS standards and procedures in coordination with multidisciplinary groups. Collaborates with plant teams and AME Automation to identify and improve areas of opportunity through process innovation and automation. Leads and supports capital investments for production processes, including identifying needs, conducting evaluations, and justifying business cases for new technologies. Supports Allegion’s global core process strategy, ensuring efficiency in processes, products, and equipment—whether for implemented processes, transitions, or new products. Willingness to travel internationally at least 50% of the time.
