At **PXI Automotive**, we are looking for an **Accounting Analyst** to join our team at Plant 2, located in the **Parque Tecnológico Innovación**. Position profile: We are seeking a responsible individual with a focus on controlling and analyzing financial information, compliance with accounting procedures, and attention to detail. Main responsibilities: * Accounting reconciliation of revenues, accounts receivable/payable, and general expenses. * Recording and managing customer accounts, cost centers, and administrative expenses. * Generating, reviewing, and tracking electronic invoicing (CFDI) and payment complements. * Processing accounts payable and coordinating supplier payment management. * Timely delivery of tax receipts to respective departments. * Addressing and resolving clarifications between operational and administrative departments. * Analyzing and monitoring accounting records according to Financial Information Standards (NIF). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (certified). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting areas. * Knowledge and proficiency in: * CFDI * NIF * Calculation and recording of VAT and ISR * Intermediate Excel skills * Accounting systems (COMPAQ) * Intermediate English (desirable level B1/B2) * Banking portals Key skills: * Customer orientation and attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Process tracking and control * Effective communication * Sense of urgency Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite contract * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
