Report to the Supervisor the results of TR1, TR2 reconciliations and fuel performance audits. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. So the supervisor can implement corrective and/or preventive actions with the operator/route experiencing issues to avoid recurrence.
