Position Summary: We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in consultative ERP/administrative software sales to manage the commercial cycle, prospect clients, and develop business. Business development and prospecting Application is exclusively for candidates with proven experience in consultative ERP / administrative software sales. **LOCATION:** * Valle Oriente, 66260 Monterrey, N.L. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (non-negotiable)** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineer in Administrative Informatics, Computer Systems, Commercial Relations, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of ERP sales experience, with knowledge of sales processes and administration. * Knowledge of ERP or administrative software * Knowledge of technology (databases, operating systems) * Interest and enthusiasm for sales * Interest in developing a career in information technology * Follow-up to achieve sales budget targets * Knowledge of charts, KPIs, tables, and reports * Essential knowledge of account opening and development * Willingness to travel * Understanding of corporate business processes **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management of the entire ERP commercialization cycle. * Client prospecting and business development. * Preparation of client presentations * Conducting system demonstrations, preparing commercial proposals and contracts. * Maintaining up-to-date client information in the CRM * Submitting monthly sales reports at month-end * Managing client documentation * Handling the administrative sales process * Opening and consolidation of new accounts **WE OFFER** * Base salary: $40,000 to $43,000 gross per month. * Commission. * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits (SGMM and Life Insurance). * 100% payroll registration with IMSS. * Travel allowances covered.
