Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician for preventive and corrective maintenance of overhead cranes and hoists, performing diagnostics and continuous improvement. Opportunities for continuous improvement and ongoing training. **Tubos y Barras is looking for an Electromechanical Technician \- Experience with Overhead Cranes at Parque Industrial San Nicolás \- Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN** **Requirements:** **Education:** Technical degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 verifiable years in industrial maintenance. **Specialization:** Knowledge of electrical and mechanical operation of hoists and overhead cranes. **Physical Fitness:** No fear of heights (ability to work at height using safety equipment). **Regulatory Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of Industrial Safety and Hygiene (LOTO, PPE). Main Responsibilities: **Specialized Maintenance:** Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs on overhead cranes, hoists, band saws, lathes, and grinders. **Fault Diagnosis:** Identify and resolve malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. **Electrical Systems:** Maintain control panels, electric motors, and frequency inverters. **Precision Mechanics:** Service gearboxes, align transmissions, and replace wear components. **Administrative Management:** Accurately record work orders (WO), complete safety check\-lists, and submit technical maintenance reports. **Continuous Improvement:** Propose process optimizations to reduce machinery downtime. **Compensation and Benefits:** Monthly Salary: $12,000\.00 gross (adjustable based on experience).
