A leading company in the logistics sector, Transportes Industriales Comerciales del Pacífico, is seeking to hire a technical specialist to ensure maximum operational efficiency, safety, and performance of our heavy-duty truck fleet through excellence in maintenance services. **Job Offer:** * Gross monthly salary ranging from $26,000 to $34,000 (determined based on your technical experience). * Direct, indefinite-term employment. * Full-time, on-site work schedule. * Comprehensive statutory benefits from day one. * Access to camp and meals included. * Reimbursement percentage for travel expenses from your residence to the workplace. * Real growth opportunities through a structured career plan. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualifications:** Completed high school, Technical Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree related to automotive mechanics. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years performing preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles. * **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** Specialized diagnostics for **Cummins and DD16** engines. * **Operational Skills:** Advanced proficiency in fuel injection systems, braking systems, transmissions, steering systems, and Freightliner International systems. * **Tool Usage:** Expert operation of electronic diagnostic equipment and automotive scanners. **Responsibilities:** * **Perform comprehensive diagnosis and repair** of diesel engines and Freightliner International systems. * **Accurately execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans** for the fleet. * **Carry out installation and assembly** of heavy mechanical parts and components. * **Effectively use scanners and electronic equipment** to promptly detect faults in fuel injection, braking, transmission, and steering systems. * **Prepare and maintain detailed records** of all mechanical activities and repairs performed on each vehicle.
