




Job Summary: Ensure product turnover at the point of sale by developing and implementing profitable and measurable merchandising strategies, and aligning commercial objectives. Responsibility for pricing and adherence to the business’s SRM. **Location:** MX\-OC Purina (Cuautitlán) Advanced intermediate English **Job Mission:** Ensure appropriate product turnover at the point of sale through planning and implementation of profitable and measurable merchandising strategies or tactics. Develop medium- and long-term business and channel strategies that support demand generation. Align business objectives and strategies with those of proximity sales channels (Pharmacy, Convenience, and Hard Discounters). **A Day in the Life of This Role:** * Implement and develop in-store activities to generate demand. * Coordinate with the trade team to ensure proper execution of campaigns, promotions, and product launches. * Manage and control TTS and PFME budgets to maintain them within authorized limits. * Participate in the commercial planning process to align the business unit’s strategy with that of the channel. * Responsibility for pricing and adherence to the business’s SRM across its channels. Post-activity evaluations to determine profitability levels. * **What Will Make You Successful:** * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in commercial and category development roles, such as Category Manager or Commercial Strategy. * University degree in administrative or commercial fields. Commercial specialization (desirable). * English: Intermediate – Advanced. * Tools: Office, SAP, Power BI
