Profile: **Education: Recent graduates from the Aug–Dec 2025 cohort in Administration, Communication, Marketing, Engineering (Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering), International Business, International Trade, International Relations, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields.** Willingness to relocate and work during standard business hours (Monday to Sunday, with a midweek break and one-hour lunch break). **No prior experience required.** What does a Subgerente Trainee do? Receives training at one of our Del Sol or Woolworth stores in commercial and administrative areas such as Cash Handling, Inventory Management, Cashiering, Apparel and General Merchandise Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Security, and many more. Upon successful completion of the program, you may join our outstanding management team.
