We are seeking: NURSE Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing * Minimum one year of experience * Availability to work rotating shifts Responsibilities Daily Activities: * Provide medical care to employees for general illness and occupational risks. * Participate in the formation and follow-up of the Safety and Hygiene Committee. * Manage medical leave documentation. * Maintain E\-SASSO documentation. * Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations. * Deliver health promotion and accident prevention talks. * Investigate and prevent workplace accidents. * Identify chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma). * Conduct facility walkthroughs to detect potential infection sources and prepare reports. * Comply with established safety policies. * Ensure personnel properly use personal protective equipment. o Periodic Activities: * Prepare monthly reports based on established indicators (E\-SASSO, Accident Rate Analysis). * Review RTS (Workplace Risk Assessments) jointly with Human Resources and Payroll departments. * Conduct walkthroughs to verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations alongside representatives from the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Civil Protection, and the Ministry of Health. * Jointly plan and implement vaccination campaigns with the unit physician and IMSS. * Inspect fire extinguishers and verify compliance with applicable standards. * Verify pest control services. * Schedule laboratory tests for personnel exposed to occupational hazards. * Submit monthly medication requisitions. * Collaborate in planning the operational unit’s Health Week. o Occasional Activities: * Attend inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, Ministry of Health, and Environment. o Participate in, develop, and execute actions that support and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000:2005, and other applicable standards for system improvement.
