Job Description Position Objective Lead, coordinate, and supervise the overall Housekeeping department operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, comfort, and aesthetic maintenance across residences, villas, and common areas of the Club—delivering an exceptional luxury experience for owners, residents, and guests, aligned with Fairmont Hotels \& Resorts standards. Key Responsibilities * Daily supervision of cleanliness, presentation, and aesthetic maintenance of residences, villas, and common areas. * Ensure compliance with Forbes, Fairmont, and luxury residential guidelines. * Coordinate deep cleaning programs, preventive maintenance, and inventory control. * Manage staff schedules, vacations, operational coverage, and productivity. * Continuously train and develop the Housekeeping team on service standards, presentation, and attention to detail. * Ensure proper handling, storage, and control of supplies, linens, amenities, and equipment. * Maintain constant communication with owners and residents to address special requests and ensure high satisfaction levels. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Security, and Owner Services departments to ensure efficient operations. * Supervise external contractors related to specialized cleaning, fumigation, laundry, or special projects. * Control departmental budget and optimize operational costs without compromising service quality. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental sustainability policies. * Participate in internal audits, inspections, and corporate quality programs.
