Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineering intern to implement and maintain operating systems such as 5S, daily management, and standard work during the Sonova X sustainment phase. Description and details of activities Work on the Sonova X sustainment phase, implementing systems and performing periodic activities focused on 5S, daily management, LSW, and standard work. * Work on the 5S program (complete area-specific standards and audit program and results). * Implement a system for process confirmation of daily management and standard work elements. * Implement an internal communication system for SonovaX. * Work on SonovaX implementation activities in the clean room. Experience and requirements * Student from the 5th semester onward in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Positive attitude. * Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing. * English: 50% spoken and written. * Proficiency in Office suite; intermediate to advanced Excel. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, and organizational skills.
