




Position Summary: Supervises maintenance of camp facilities and compliance with outsourcing contracts for the mining camp, focusing on management, personnel development, and quality assurance. The purpose of the Camp Maintenance Supervisor is “To supervise maintenance of camp facilities and ensure compliance with mining camp outsourcing contracts.” **Requirements:** * Electromechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related field. * Knowledge of building maintenance (painting, drywall, plumbing, lighting, etc.). * Knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment. * Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. * Strong computer literacy. * Experience in electrical installations. * Experience in hydrosanitary installations. * Personnel management experience. * Proactive. * Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Teamwork and leadership capabilities. * Knowledge of operation and maintenance of electric generators at camps. * Procedure development. * Interpretation and use of blueprints. * Project administration involving contractor personnel. * Development of operating manuals. * Scheduling of preventive maintenance services for HVAC equipment. * Budgeting experience. **Key Activities:** * Supervision of camp maintenance program implementation. * Planning of preventive maintenance programs. * Ensuring availability of equipment scheduled for maintenance. * Supervision and support of local camp maintenance personnel in their activities. * Technical development and training of local maintenance personnel. * Generation and management of equipment and material inventories. * Control and supervision of tool inventories and their condition. * Daily walkthroughs and inspections to identify continuous improvement opportunities and risks. * Ongoing safety coaching for local personnel. * Generation of camp material requisitions. * Review and approval of contractor invoices. * Supervision of works assigned to suppliers or contractors. * Supervision of progress, quality, and quantity of work executed by suppliers or contractors. * Tracking of purchase orders and contracts. * Unplanned emergency repairs or maintenance. * Interaction with other departments for various support needs. ***IMPORTANT NOTICE: Minera Media Luna will not accept unsolicited resumes submitted through external recruitment agencies without a prior agreement in place to collaborate on recruitment for this position.***
