Support customer service and case resolution **Position:** After-sales Manager **Location:** Acapulco de Juárez, Guerrero **Job Description** Grupo CGE Automotive is seeking personnel to supervise service department operations, ensuring proper customer service and adherence to workshop processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily service workshop operations * Coordinate technical team activities * Track service orders, diagnostics, and deliveries * Verify compliance with timeframes and quality standards * Monitor departmental performance indicators * Support customer service and case resolution * Ensure correct implementation of internal processes **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Electromechanical, or Administration (or related fields) * Experience in workshop or automotive service operations * Knowledge of process control and operational tracking * Basic understanding of performance indicators **Skills** * Organization * Teamwork * Effective communication * Service orientation **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:30 * Saturdays: 9:00–14:00 **We Offer** * **Base monthly salary: $25,000 gross** * Performance-based incentive scheme * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Job stability Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
