Job Summary: Door-to-door collection agent responsible for recovering overdue accounts through field-based operational activities and achieving recovery targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recovery of overdue accounts through door-to-door collection 2. Negotiation and closure of payment commitments 3. Locating and identifying delinquent customers **DOOR-TO-DOOR COLLECTION AGENT – EXITUS CREDIT** Exitus Credit is seeking Door-to-Door Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts in assigned areas through direct field-based operational management and achievement of recovery targets. **Responsibilities:** * Recovery of overdue accounts through door-to-door collection * Management of overdue payments * Negotiation and closure of payment commitments * Locating and identifying delinquent customers * Monitoring and tracking of the assigned territory **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,000 NET per month * Food vouchers amounting to 7% of salary * Commission plan based on achievement of targets (uncapped) * Christmas bonus: 15 days' salary * 12 days of vacation * Vacation premium of 25% **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma (in progress or completed) * Experience in extrajudicial collections (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) * Personal motorcycle * Valid driver's license * Willingness to travel frequently * Ability to handle pressure and rejection * Negotiation and follow-up skills * Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability * Willingness to work in the field Are you interested?
