




Job Objective: Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with internal policies and contributing to the efficiency of talent management and personnel administration processes. Main Responsibilities * **Recruitment and Selection:** Post job openings on job boards, conduct resume screening, schedule candidates for interviews, and administer psychometric tests. * **Personnel Administration:** Compile and safeguard physical and digital personnel files, manage employee onboarding and offboarding in internal systems, and prepare employment contracts. * **Training and Onboarding:** Support logistics for new employee orientation programs and coordinate continuous training events. * **Workplace Climate and Well-being:** Collaborate in organizing corporate events, motivation programs, and follow-up on employee concerns to improve workplace climate. Profile Requirements * **Education:** Incomplete bachelor’s degree or current student in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * **Experience:** Typically 6 months to 1 year in administrative roles or HR-related areas. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience with recruitment platforms and social media 4.
