If you have a responsible attitude and are passionate about customer service, this position is perfect for you! **About the Position:** As a Movistar Sales Promoter, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing advice and personalized solutions. Your responsibilities will include promoting and selling our telecommunications products and services, as well as managing top-ups and number portability. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Generate sales of rate plans, devices, top-ups, and portability services. * Proactively approach and assist customers within the store, identifying their needs and offering the best solutions. * Provide detailed information about current Movistar products and promotions. * Process sales transactions, top-ups, and portability efficiently and accurately. * Actively participate in scheduled virtual training sessions held from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM to stay updated on our products and sales techniques. * Maintain an excellent level of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. * Meet individual and team sales targets. * Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment. **We Offer:** * **Weekly Salary:** Attractive weekly pay of $2,300. * **Work Schedule:** 8-hour daily shifts with two available options: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. * **Statutory Benefits:** Full access to statutory benefits including social security (IMSS), INFONAVIT credit, vacation days, Christmas bonus, and paid holidays. * **Commissions:** Opportunity to increase your income through attractive commissions on sales, top-ups, and portability. * **Paid Training:** We offer fully paid initial training so you can develop the skills necessary to excel in your role. **Requirements for the Position:** * **Experience:** No previous experience required.
