With a strong focus on sustainability and a solid humanistic culture, we are committed to being agents of positive change in the agro-industrial sector. **What will you do in this role?** Carry out the routine monitoring of peel drying, correctly applying the area's procedures and instructions, to ensure efficient peel recovery and contribute to the operational and environmental performance of the process. **Location:** Huichihuayán, S.L.P. **Job Requirements:** * Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Industrial Engineering, Biology, or related field. * Availability to relocate **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform physicochemical analyses during the drying process, following established procedures, to release the finished product. * Report produced batches that do not meet internal specifications and conduct visual inspections of bags and boxes. * Send samples and certificates of analysis (COAs) to customers or the sales department, following established procedures, to guarantee product traceability and ensure customer satisfaction. * Prepare required reagents in the area and verify the proper functioning of measuring equipment, following technical specifications and established safety standards, to ensure result reliability and operational safety. * Follow up and ensure timely and proper closure of corrective actions arising from detected deviations, in order to maintain the effectiveness of the management system. * **Key Competencies:** * Laboratory experience. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. **What We Offer:** ***Compensation and economic benefits:*** * Competitive salary. ***Health and protection benefits:*** * Life insurance.
