Main Responsibilities: * In-person and telephone assistance to condominium owners. * Recording and tracking of collections in the system. * Receiving payments via bank terminal. * Preparing reports and meeting minutes. * Coordinating and following up with service providers. * Administrative support during Council meetings. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Technical degree or studies in administrative fields preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or reception. * Customer service experience. * Experience with management systems preferred. We Offer: * $12,000 net monthly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Indefinite-term contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs. * Saturdays: 9:00–13:00 hrs.
