**Requirements:** * Full Stack development experience * Proficiency in React Native, ReactJS, .NET Core, and NodeJS/TypeScript * Experience in designing scalable architectures and BFF patterns * Working with SQL Server, MongoDB, APIs, and performance optimization * Advanced testing (Jest, MSTest), code reviews, and best practices * Experience with CI/CD, AWS, Docker, and agile methodologies * Technical leadership, mentorship, and effective communication * (Desirable) Fintech product experience **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop mobile and web applications * Build and optimize Core APIs and BFFs * Define scalable architectures and quality standards * Execute testing strategies and code reviews * Mentor developers and drive adoption of AI tools * Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 – $45,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
