Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the software development team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. The main responsibilities of this role are: Project Planning: * Define the project’s technical objectives, timelines, and required developers. * Develop the development team’s schedule and assign tasks to team developers. Team Supervision: * Coordinate the development team’s daily activities. * Provide technical guidance and support to developers. * Inspire team confidence and foster team cohesion. Quality Control: * Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure software complies with established standards. * Conduct code reviews and software testing. Product Vision: * Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. * Always consider the business value added by the requirements.
