The HR Business Partner – Gran Charcon Distillery, brings to life the HR strategies and initiatives at the green field and creates People \& Culture readiness. The role is responsible to shape thinking and operationalize the Strategic Workforce Plan, OD and OE working closely with the Category HR leadership, the Manufacturing Leadership and collaborating efficiently with GSC\&P HR team. The role acts as a bridge to align and shape the people and culture agenda to deliver the short term and long\-term performance ambition of the distillery.
Key Responsibilities:* The HRBP will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and talent strategies and organizational capabilities needed for a vertical take\-off.
