We are hiring – Sushi Chef **We offer:** **Salary:** $12,000 tax-free Statutory benefits One free meal per day Discounts at branches Opportunity for growth **Rotating schedule:** **Monday to Friday:** 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM / 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM **Saturdays:** 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (paid as overtime) **Responsibilities:** Prepare and cook Japanese-style dishes Monitor ingredients and portion sizes Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen Comply with food hygiene and safety standards **Requirements:** 1. Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sushi Chef Level A or B 2. Certification in Food Handler’s License (H License) 3. Flexible availability for shifts 4. Teamwork skills and proactive attitude 5.
