Set up the breakfast and condiment bar. Fully stocked and organized bar. 5. Adjust stock levels according to demand, if necessary. 6. Receive orders and assign preparation tasks. Order sheet. 7. Analyze ingredient quantities for each recipe, verify weights, and supervise preparation. 8. Plan production activities for each shift. 9. Assist in food preparation and prepare reports on delivered breakfasts and meals. 10. Verify quantities to determine how much stock to leave on display. 11. Conduct physical inventory counts.
