We are looking for an HVAC Supervisor with proven technical leadership. If you have hands-on experience supervising technicians in the field, expertise in industrial HVAC systems, and are accustomed to being accountable for results, timelines, and customers, this position is for you. **Responsibilities** * Direct supervision of HVAC technicians for preventive, corrective, and installation services. * Control and assurance of the maintenance program. * Advanced diagnosis of failures in air conditioning systems, chillers, and refrigerated chambers. * Technical validation of reports and formal closure of service orders. * Preparation of technical quotations based on real diagnostics. * Control of inventory for assigned tools, materials, and equipment. * Supervision of compliance with industrial safety standards. * Emergency response and after-hours technical support when required. * Performance monitoring of technical staff and achievement of objectives. **Requirements** * Technician in Refrigeration, HVAC, or related field (completed). * Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and installation — 3 years. * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising or coordinating technical personnel. * Experience with chiller-type systems, packaged units, industrial split systems, and refrigerated chambers. * Ability to interpret electrical plans and diagrams. * Solid knowledge of industrial safety standards. * Full availability for fieldwork. * Experience serving industrial or corporate clients. **We Offer** * Competitive salary: 15,000 MXN base plus monthly bonuses. * Professional development. * Ongoing technical training. * Job stability in a growing company.
